The breakfast of our place was incredible and delicious with a fun to use pancake machine, truly enjoyed it.

The hotel was clean and beautiful outside and inside. Our room was very nice. Breakfast was outstanding - with real plates and silverware and a wide variety of food choices. And we felt the price was reasonable. Thank you for everything.

We were told we could not get a receipt when we checked out because we had booked online. We would have to go home and print one online. We have done this many times at various hotels and always still received a receipt of payment when we left.

Modern affordable hotel, pleasant views, favourable location in a nice area. Very helpful staff, updated rooms with complimentary breakfasts. Good bed and very accommodating facilities.

The queen room with spa tub, facilities worked for us. Everything was nice and the staff was very helpful. The check-in was easy and the atmosphere was FRIENDLY overall.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly friendly.

I really loved that the hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from Hiko Sushi, perfect for a quick and delicious dinner after exploring, and the nearby Fish Lake Park was an absolute gem for peaceful walks and scenic views .

Free airport shuttle

We were flying in late and needed a hotel with shuttle service from the airport. A quick phone call and we were soon in our hotel room. Being tired from our travels, this hassle-free service was much appreciated.

Continental breakfast was excellent and the shuttle service was great. The driver was very informative and even gave us a coupon book to Mall of America. The wait for the shuttle was very short.

The ice machine on our floor was not working. Did report it to the front desk and they were happy that I let them know as they thought it had been fixed. Really not that big of a deal. I was able to go up one floor and get ice

Hotel was clean, reasonable and convenient. We came to Minneapolis to shop and were able to save money staying here and spend more seeing the city :).

Great value for the money. Liked the shuttle to Mall of America.

Convenient Stay with Friendly Staff

The shuttle service to the airport was seamless, and the staff's friendliness turned everyday travel into a pleasant experience. Make sure to converse with the shuttle drivers for great local tips. Be cautious with the water temperature in the shower!

The beds were mostly comfy and the room clean. The front desk girl was very pleasant and professional. There was an issue with our room booking (they didn't have us booked in their records), but I had the printed out confirmation from Booked.net with me...she made a phone call and everything was figured out within minutes! :) The breakfast was incl in the rate and was decent. The location is great if you're looking to head to Mall of America, the Zoo, etc. The lobby was nice, clean, and they have a great business center area.

There's no pool or anything for children to do, which would have been nice...but the rate we had was rather decent which made up for it.

We visited our daughter nearby in Eagan, mn.

The windows had a sheer curtain and no heavy drape. There was no way of blocking out the street lights at night nor the morning daylight. Also, the bed comforter with its duvet cover was too thick and heavy. We checked out after one night.

great service but slight noise from hallway

The front desk staff were really good in helping us with our check-in. Our room was impressivelyvery comfy and tidy making it a pleasant stay.
